Prime-Factorization Graph

Force-directed graph where nodes are primes from the genesis registry (project / domain / type) and edges are co-occurrences in memory composites (weight = count). Per TGSS-MEM-002 v1.0 §5.3.1. Renders the prime factorization as the graph structure — no vector-based system can do this.
