Memory #1 CURRENT
2. Executive Assessment The ATS design is a well-structured, production-grade engineering document. The system correctly identifies the core operational problem — threshold decay under market regime change — and proposes a sound solution: persistent self-calibrating thresholds with continuous drift monitoring and zero-gap hot-swap recalibration. The phased build sequence, PostgreSQL-backed audit trail, and single-integration-point architecture reflect strong engineering discipline. The primary gap is that the ATS treats TTEM features as statistical inputs to a conventional ML pipeline rather than leveraging their known geometric relationships. The autoencoder drift detector, the confirmation window, and the degradation trigger are all reasonable heuristics, but they are not grounded in the Tribernachi mathematical framework. Tightening this alignment will improve both detection accuracy and theoretical defensibility of the system.
