Description has the local-sweep runbook. - Commit `72409cf` (catalog/TTF_CAT_DOCS-001) is missing the `Co-Authored-By` trailer — already pushed, only fixable via amend + force-push if Mark cares. **Why:** Two complementary processes keep the catalog fresh — remote routine catches web-visible changes (Claude Code release notes, scientific-skills plugin updates, Anthropic news), calendar reminder catches local-only deltas (custom commands at `D:/GitHub/.claude/commands/`, locally-installed plugins via `~/.claude/plugins/installed_plugins.json`). **How to apply:** - When you re-run the builder: bump version in build_docx.py constants (DOCX_PATH, page-header text, doc-control row, print banner) AND filename of both .md and .docx (rename), then `python build_docx.py`. - For the .html: the SVG map is JS-built at load time from a HUBS array near the bottom of the file. Add new commands to that array, not the SVG markup. - See feedback_tribernachi_skills_layout.md — never add this kind of reference doc to `tribernachi-skills/`. **Pending follow-ups (carry into next session):** 1. **Browser-test the .html.** I built it but didn't verify in a real browser. First thing to check on restart: open `TTF_REF_CLAUDE-COMMANDS-001_V1_0.html` and confirm (a) theme toggle cycles auto/light/dark correctly, (b) SVG command-map renders, (c) hover-on-hub dims other categories, (d) click-on-category-badge filters. 2. **Wiki format** — Mark mentioned considering it. Options discussed: GitHub Wiki tied to Tribernachi-Foundation repo (markdown-native, .md drops in cleanly); Notion / Outline if comments and search are wanted. Not started. 3. **6-week tuning check** — offered to /schedule an agent for ~2026-06-15 to review whether the biweekly remote routine is producing useful PRs and tune prompt/cadence. Mark didn't say yes/no before restart — re-offer if it still feels right after the routine has fired a couple of times. 4. **Friend-publishing** — Mark said "publish on my site for my friends."
