Four-entity structure (corrected from rebrand-only narrative) TTI / TTF / GCE / GCD are FOUR distinct legal entities, NOT a rename pattern. GCD was newly incorporated in Wyoming for contracting; GCE continues as the engineering services entity. That framing was an oversimplification.
