Skill sync architecture — RESOLVED Resolved 2026-04-27. Chose Option B-equivalent (dedicated repo, canonical local Git → CLI copy → manual web upload), mirroring the foundation-repo playbook. New repo: tribernachi-skills. See project_tribernachi_skills.md for active state. **Status:** RESOLVED 2026-04-27. Decision made and acted on. Active state lives in `project_tribernachi_skills.md`. ## Decision summary Chose to mirror the foundation-repo playbook for skills: 1. New canonical repo at `D:/GitHub/tribernachi-skills/` with three-axis taxonomy (general / publishers / domains / genres). 2. CLI copy from canonical to `.claude/skills/`. 3. Manual web upload to Claude on the web (no API for skill upload). 4. One-way sync local → web; web is a publish target, not a source. ## Why this option - Same Git plumbing as `tribernachi-foundation` — consistent posture across the workspace. - Version-controlled rollback path for skill changes. - Public/private boundary obvious at the repo level (planned: private). - The earlier "canonical-with-copy-out under tribernachi/" alternative would have entangled skills with research content; cleaner to separate. ## What this resolution enabled - Initial commit `9b3bc08` lands the three-axis structure with 3 fully-written + 13 stub skill files. - The terminology hard split (Tribernachi theory vs. Lydian Framework vs. Lydian currency) is now codified in the repo's CLAUDE.md and individual skill files. - The v6.9 Majorana patch can now be applied to web-Claude's `tribernachi-theory` after the relevant content is migrated into `domains/tribernachi-theory.md` (already partially done in initial commit). ## See - `project_tribernachi_skills.md` — active state and pending work. — [project_skill_sync_decision.md]
