tribernachi-skills repo D:/GitHub/tribernachi-skills/ canonical source for skill files (mirrored to GestaltCE/tribernachi-skills private). Three-axis taxonomy (general / publishers / domains / genres) + templates/ + sub-skills + web-uploads/ (16 .skill zips + 8 project-knowledge summaries ready for new claude.ai project). Build script web-uploads/build_skills.py rebuilds .skill bundles after canonical edits. Commits 9b3bc08 → 73a5923 → aafc276 → fa1ac31 → 2dd76a1 → 2474363 (current; web-uploads tree). `D:/GitHub/tribernachi-skills/` was scaffolded 2026-04-27 to serve as the canonical source for skill files across Mark's work, mirroring the foundation-repo playbook (Option B from the parked skill-sync decision). ## Layout — three orthogonal axes + general defaults Every document = (general defaults) + (one publisher) + (one or more domains) + (one genre). ``` tribernachi-skills/ ├── general/ writing-style, personal-business-info, document-formatting ├── publishers/ gcd, ttf, personal ├── domains/ tribernachi-theory, lydian-framework, lydian-currency, business-ops └── genres/ research-paper, architecture-spec, brief, article, story, book ``` ## Terminology hard rules locked into the repo The taxonomy enforces a three-way separation that earlier sessions had been blurring: - **Tribernachi** = body of mathematical theory (axioms, operators). NOT a brand, NOT a product. - **Lydian Framework** = the technology architecture *founded on* Tribernachi Theory. Vertically integrated. PrIA is its core. - **The Lydian** = a synthetic currency valuation used in five-stage accounting; surfaces in RWR. - **GCD** / **TTF** are the only true publishing entities. Personal is the third byline. When prior writing or memory says "Tribernachi platform" or "Lydian" without qualifier, correct it. ## What's filled in vs. stub **Fully written (16 — all skill files complete):** - `general/document-formatting.md` — OMML two-path rule, KaTeX, dark mode toggle, UTF-8 validation, frontmatter schema, file naming convention, table/pagination rules - `general/personal-business-info.md` — Mark's author byline, two-org structure (GCD + TTF), board roster, dev team, AI contributor field convention (currently Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context)), document code prefixes, document control table fields - `domains/tribernachi-theory.md` — terminology rules, foundation repo as canonical content, key constants/operators, V6.4/V5.6 catalog references, pre-validated OMML XML fragments (Genesis Ratio, Chronos Complement, Spacetime Unity, η_max, φ_σ, (4,1) cascade, R_step), KaTeX expression library - `publishers/ttf.md` — full TF.BRAND.COLOR-002 v1.0 migration: six-ramp palette with all stops + WCAG ratios, three-layer rule, PLNS type colors, DOCX heading hierarchy, HTML CSS custom properties, data-theme blocks, component library (eq-block / result-box / prediction-box / warning-box), animation standards, SVG conventions, Pantone print reference - `publishers/gcd.md` — Navy + Genesis Gold #C5A55A palette, Cambria 11pt body, full DOCX heading hierarchy, 1-inch margin / header / footer / justified-body conventions, GCD series codes - `domains/lydian-framework.md` — full Layer 0–5 architecture migrated from tribernachi-platform skill; (4,1) cascade, PentaLinear, PLNS, regime detection; Layer 1 PrIA primitives + Genesis Ceremony + three-layer identity + wallet + credential maturation; Clock subsystem; TTI / TGSS / TGSS-Memory / TCE; TTEM; applications; Lydian Node bundle; σ₁/σ₃ duality; LCF frame classes; document code prefixes; funding posture (RWR + licensing, not VC); framework glossary - `genres/book.md` — full book genre with project subsections: Homo Spiritus (12-chapter index, 4–6k chapters, second-person warm-conversational voice, exercises, serif 12pt) and MicroCity Chronicles + Nova Terra (2169 retrospective frame, three timelines, four-generation framework with CORRECTED ages per Required Updates delta, twelve family lineages, voice-by-age table, mandatory cultural-sensitivity protocols, MicroCity naming protocol with canon examples) - `general/writing-style.md` — cross-cutting prose conventions: Chicago Manual 18th Ed (2025) + AmE; ACS/AMS/CSE supplementary cascade; numbers; dates; emphasis (italics > bold); punctuation (em-dash for breaks, en-dash for ranges, smart quotes); sentence-case headings; variable typography (italic vars, roman funcs, bold vectors); UTF-8 without BOM (project override); terminology hard rules; voice register table; per-document consistency - `domains/lydian-currency.md` — Lydian currency unit: Lydian Lion origin, Mycelium-inspired Lydian Network, Synthetic Token formula (Au×4 + Ag×75 + Pt×1.5)×0.0001 with worked 2024 sample → $1.04, BTC extension proposal (3.5/70/1/2 weights), Selgin synthetic-commodity-money framework, stakeholder vs shareholder posture, outstanding-doc-gaps section - `genres/research-paper.md` — TTI.RES.* conventions: 10-section structure, two-path equation rule, numbered falsifiable predictions cross-ref'd to OQI + Validation Matrix, Word+LibreOffice validation requirement, Plasma v1.4 + Majorana v0.1 exemplars - `genres/architecture-spec.md` — TTI.ARCH.* conventions: full 10-section structure, normative-vs-provisional-vs-descriptive scope distinction (V2.1 invention), brand-codename-vs-public-name dual table, Frame Class extension, version increment ladder, critique register, Lydian Stack V2.1 umbrella exemplar - `genres/brief.md` — short stakeholder briefs: YAML with prepared_for/prepared_by/purpose, 10-section structure, mandatory §7 confidentiality boundary, "— Mark" sign-off + closing document control, GCD palette, ~1000-1500 words, Davison brief exemplar - `genres/article.md` — Medium-style essays: personal byline default, 1000-2500 words, plain-language refs over doc codes, single-thread argument - `genres/story.md` — short fiction: in-story-vs-canonical framing rule (do not auto-promote in-fiction institutions like Geometric Court / GAFAI to memory as real entities), tagline pattern, when to write story vs article **Templates vendored (4):** templates/{house-style-template, treatment-template, chapter-template, book-project-infrastructure-guide}.md — extracted 2026-04-27 from microcity/style-guides/Book Style Guide and Treatment - Mark Hewitt.zip ## Sync model - **Canonical:** this repo. - **CLI Claude Code:** `D:/GitHub/.claude/skills/` receives copies/symlinks (sync mechanism TBD — for now, the existing 4 flat files there are the live CLI surface; new files in this repo will need a copy step). - **Web Claude:** manual upload via claude.ai skill UI. No API for skill upload. Web is a publish target, not a source. - **Direction:** one-way local-canonical → web. Edits flow this way only. ## Status - **Commits:** `9b3bc08` (initial scaffold) → `73a5923` (filled ttf, gcd, lydian-framework from existing CLI sources). - **Remote:** pushed to **`GestaltCE/tribernachi-skills`** private (`https://github.com/GestaltCE/tribernachi-skills`). HTTPS, msh317 account, GestaltCE org. - **CLI sync (per Mark's 2026-04-27 decision):** the legacy files at `D:/GitHub/.claude/skills/` (tribernachi-publish.md v2.1, tribernachi-brand.md v2.0, tribernachi-platform.md, PLATFORM_SKILL_OUTLINE.md, tribernachi-skills.zip) remain IN PLACE as the live CLI surface until full migration is complete. Once migration lands, the legacy files will be **archived (not deleted)** as historical record. - **Web sync:** pending — once remaining stubs are filled, manual upload of relevant files to web Claude (no API for skill upload). ## web-uploads/ ready for new claude.ai project (2026-04-27) Mark's plan: archive the old web project, start a new one with curated summaries; full corpus stays in Git. **`web-uploads/skills/` (166.6 KB, 16 .skill zips)** — drag into claude.ai skill management UI. **`web-uploads/project-knowledge/` (~85 KB, 8 .md summaries)** — attach as project files in new web project. - README_FOR_UPLOAD (operational guide), 00_PROJECT_OVERVIEW, 01_TRIBERNACHI_THEORY_QUICKREF, 02_LYDIAN_FRAMEWORK_OVERVIEW, 03_LYDIAN_CURRENCY, 04_RECENT_PAPERS, 05_BRAND_QUICK_REFERENCE, 06_GIT_REPO_MAP. **Old web skills to delete after upload:** `tribernachi-publish` (replaced by document-formatting + publishers); `tribernachi-brand` (replaced by publisher-ttf + publisher-gcd); `tribernachi-standards` (distributed into personal-business-info + document-formatting); `docx-pagination` (folded into document-formatting §15). Old web `tribernachi-theory`, `tgss-ssh-dev`, `tgss-mem`, `geopolarquant-app`, `yang-mills-mass-gap` get replaced by the new bundled equivalents. **Sync going forward:** edit canonical in Git; re-run `python web-uploads/build_skills.py` to rebuild affected .skill zips; manually re-upload via claude.ai UI (no API). Web is publish target, not source. ## Outstanding (small) - `domains/business-ops.md` still needs net-new content from Mark. - `publishers/personal.md` is light but largely complete — fill venue conventions as they settle. - Workspace-level `D:/GitHub/CLAUDE.md` still says "Gestalt Capital Dynamics (formerly Gestalt Capital Engineering — April 2026)" at the top — flagged for Mark to update to the four-entity model. ## Related - Supersedes parked decision in `project_skill_sync_decision.md` (now resolved). - Mirrors `project_tribernachi_foundation.md` pattern (foundation repo same playbook). - Cross-references: `feedback_omml_two_path.md`, `feedback_filename_convention.md`, `feedback_document_catalog.md`, `feedback_docx_formatting.md`, `feedback_frame_class_alignment.md`, `user_email_addresses.md`, `project_company_rebrand.md`, `reference_medium_publications.md`. — [project_tribernachi_skills.md]
