Mark's Toronto Address & Phone (Canadian Correspondence) Mark's Canadian residence and phone for use in Canadian-jurisdiction correspondence, signature blocks, and address fields on Canadian-counterparty briefs and letters; complements user_email_addresses.md **Address:** 8 Glen Morris St, Toronto, ON M5S 1J1 **Phone:** 647-908-4235 ## When to use Apply automatically — without asking — when generating any of the following on Mark's behalf: - Letters, briefs, or memos addressed to Canadian counterparties (provincial governments, federal agencies, Common Wealth Canada, NRC, Canadian academic institutions, indigenous nations, Canadian banks/funds). - Tribernachi Foundation correspondence — TTF is a Canadian Trust, so all TTF-bylined documents should default to the Canadian address even if recipient is non-Canadian. - Signature blocks on emails routed through `mark@tribernachi.com` or addressed to Canadian recipients. - Canadian regulatory filings, citizenship/immigration paperwork, provincial business registrations. - Address fields on Canadian-jurisdiction agreements (GCD.AGMT.* with Canadian counterparties; future TTF agreements). ## When NOT to use - US-side correspondence where Mark is signing as GCD (Wyoming) or GCE — those use the GCD/GCE business address, not the personal Toronto residence. - Public-facing material (Medium, conference talks, public web pages) — personal residence stays off public-domain artifacts. - Anywhere a registered business address would be more appropriate than a personal residence (incorporation filings for non-Mark entities, legal-service-of-process addresses). ## Background Mark is Canadian by descent through his father; the formal Citizenship Certificate is in process pending receipt of his father's birth certificate. His wife is Canadian. The Toronto residence is his current home, and the operational footprint of the Tribernachi work is being brought under Canadian jurisdiction (TTF was already a Canadian Trust; engineering, contracting, and counterparty-engagement layers follow).
